There are some more secrets how to made food even more tasty. For example, if we want to enjoy really tasty buckwheat, beans & mushrooms, whyhealthy.com kindly recommends that we should first of all soak all ingredients separately in cold water with soy sauce for 6 hours minimum.

For our "Donna Garcia" 100% organic dinner we need: onion, beans, mushrooms, buckwheat, olive oil for roasting & additional taste of ready dish, horseradish (1 small tea spoon) & soy sauce up to your taste.
For dinner for 2 persons we need 100 grams of organic buckwheat & 200 grams of all other components mentioned before.

  1. It is very important to boil separately each of next ingredients in hot water: buckwheat, beans, mushrooms.
  2. After that we first cut & than roast onion & when it has golden color we add mushrooms & beans, olive oil & soy sauce to roast for 10 minutes more before we add boiled buckwheat & roast altogether for another 5 minutes before our dish is ready. We mix all components altogether adding oliv oil, soy sauce & horseradish.
  3. After that we put ready dinner to a big dish.
