Dressing is a very important part of every dish whatever we are cooking. Some special secrets how to made food even more tasty are always available on whyhealthy.com. For example, if we want to enjoy really tasty soy steaks & mushrooms, whyhealthy.com always recommends that we should first of all soak all ingredients separately in cold water with soy sauce & some spice for 6 hours minimum.
For dinner for 2 persons we need 250 grams of organic noodles & 200 grams of all other components mentioned before.

For our "Jelsomino" 100% organic dinner we need: onion, soy steaks, mushrooms, tomato paste (3-5 big spoons according to your own taste), olive oil for roasting & additional taste of ready dish, salad green, nuts, horseradish (1 small tea spoon) & soy sauce up to your taste.

  1. It is very important to boil separately each of next ingredients in hot water with soy sauce: soy steaks & mushrooms.
  2. We mix all components altogether adding olive oil, soy sauce & horseradish (or we can put noodles on the bottom of the plate & after add all other ready mixed ingredients).
  3. After that we put ready dinner to a big dish or to 2 medium dishes. Bon appetite!
